How to use
Browse open play and Discover without signing in. Hosting a night, tournament, or league needs an account.
1. Sign in
Use Sign in with Google. Your email is your identity across BravoLeagues.
2. Accept Terms & Privacy
On first use (and when documents change), you will be asked to accept the current Terms and Privacy Policy before using the app.
3. Finish your profile
Add a display name and phone so we can reach you about matches. Address and ZIP are optional.
4. Open play (best first step)
- Host a session — court, time, singles/doubles/both, and a player cap. Public nights show nearby; extras go waitlist (first come, first served).
- Share the join link or QR. Players can also find nights on Open play and Discover.
- On Profile, list yourself so organizers can invite you within your travel miles.
- Recurring nights remember last week’s group. Hosts can invite them again, or create the next occurrence with one click.
5. Same-day tournament (when you want a winner)
- Create a tournament — one-time or recurring label, public or invite-only, singles/doubles, and a match type (timed, best of 3 games to 11, one game to 11, or rally to N).
- Optional: create a group or a doubles pair. Doubles tournaments use prepared pairs or auto-pair individuals.
- Players sign up. Uneven counts use byes (nobody is cut).
- Organizer generates matchups, can tweak sides, then starts the tournament.
- Score matches (timed events show a start/pause/end timer with a beep). The system schedules the next round until there is a winner.
- Next week: on the tournament page, click Create next occurrence (optional re-invite). Nothing auto-creates yet.
6. Flex league (multi-week)
- Discover — search by ZIP, then request to join open leagues.
- Create — flex singles or doubles with a ZIP and season length.
- Invite players, approve join requests, generate pairings, play on your schedule.
7. Play flex matches
Propose a time (availability overlap can suggest slots), confirm, play, report the score. Both sides confirm so standings and ratings stay trustworthy.
